Tim and his wife Dee have lived in Gold River for 25 years and have two children; Katie who is in her second year as a Physical Therapy student in Denver and Jack who recently graduated from the University of Colorado. Tim is an avid hiker, fly fisher, and a former competitive tennis player and runner/ultra-marathoner.

Jessica is local to the Placerville area and after graduating from Union Mine High School she went on to attend and graduate from what is now known as Cal Poly Humboldt (was Humboldt State University) where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Studio Art.
